Dhammika Kalapuge launches his new website

Dhammika Kalapuge, one of the most well-known customer service and inspirational trainers in Sri Lanka and the region, launched his new website recently at The Kingsbury Colombo.

This coincided with his most popular programme ‘Lead to Serve’ which was repeated also as a public programme for the third time on the same day. This event was well represented by over 150 participants from nearly 40 leading corporates.

The new website www.dhammikakalapuge.com that was developed by Graphic Systems International (Pvt) Ltd,was inaugurated by Nandadeva Perera, co-founder of Sipcom-1 (Pvt) Ltd. Housed at Galadari Hotel the company focuses on total people development and organizes and promotes in-house and public programs mostly on ‘service quality’ and is exclusively designed and conducted by Dhammika Kalapuge, the principal consultant / trainer.

Commenting on this new web page, Dhammika Kalapuge said, “With the growth momentum in business activities being witnessed presently in Sri Lanka and the region, the need to serve existing and potential clients effectively and promptly has become a priority. In this context a comprehensive web was designed with details such as service philosophy, types of public and in-house programmes, testimonials from clients, logistic arrangements that are needed to conduct the programs and over seventy five short video clips. This will help clients and prospects to get a clear understanding and assess our programmes that will meet their training requirements. Special thanks to the fifteen heads of leading corporates, who had been participants of our programs and for sharing their hands-on experiences through video clips which are now featured in the ‘Client– Comments’ icon on the web.”
