The programme will offer participants the opportunity to be trained by Internationally certified professional coaches and coaching practitioners, imparting the skills and necessary practical knowledge needed in order to conduct professional coaching sessions for other professionals.
Their collaborative efforts will be provided via the implementation of a four [04] month workshop starting April 28, 2023, to be held at JAIC Hilton, Colombo.
The two -way collaboration aims to promote a holistic approach to work culture and to bring coaching culture to Sri Lanka instead of focusing only on business and performance, introducing a world-class coaching certificate to the professionals based in Sri Lanka.
Speaking with CEO & Founder, Principal Trainer, Facilitator & Coach, Teamcoach International - Dr Shan Moorthi, stated:

Additional plans are underway to introduce coaching on a national level as a necessary part of education to encourage youth and communities through the establishment of the Sri Lanka Chapter of the International Association of Coaching.
