Program Information and Requirements
The PhD program is specifically designed to academics that opt to conduct research in the following specialties:
- Health Care Services
- Health Administration
- Nursing and Allied Health Sciences
- Health Economics
- Public Health
- Psychology
- Nutrition
The AeU PhD is offered throughout the year and is open to applicants who have completed a Masters degree in the relevant area.
The standard course length is 3 years (full time) but the length of time for the PhD program may differ greatly as per the requirements of the student.
Additionally, if the prospective student holds a Bachelors degree, he/she will be eligible to apply for the Masters in Research Program (over 2 years) and subsequently pursue their academic path in the second year of the PhD program.
Whilst this latter pathway will be financially favorable for applicants it will also be a time saving opportunity as candidates will not be required to complete a Masters degree as a separate external course.

The overall cost for the Asia e University PhD is approximately Rs. 1.5 million with no hidden costs.
