Each dish is a conversation between cultures: earthy Creamy Mushroom Soup infused with Truffle & Porcini, briny depths captured in a refined New England Clam & Shellfish Chowder, and the comfort of Italian indulgence reimagined in Penne alla Vodka and Pistachio Pesto Penne topped with Sous Vide Salmon.
Latin vibrancy comes alive through Braised Lamb Tacos, Grilled Hanger Steak with Chimichurri Verde, and a Mexican-style Seafood Cocktail bursting with citrus and spice.
From the subtle heat of Sous Vide Jamaican Jerk Chicken to the theatrical sweetness of Miso-glazed Pineapple finished by torch, the menu dances between restraint and boldness.
