With a revenue growth of 17% in the first quarter, this marks the company’s strongest quarterly performance to date, reinforcing eChannelling’s leadership in Sri Lanka’s digital healthcare space.
Alongside impressive revenue figures, eChannelling also recorded an 8% year-on-year (YoY) growth in appointment volumes, signalling a strong and sustained increase in user engagement and demand for services.
In the quarter under review, eChannelling expanded its nationwide presence by onboarding 22 new hospitals and 23 pharmacies, extending its reach to over 90% of Sri Lanka’s private hospitals and channelling centres.
This continued growth underscores the company’s commitment to making healthcare accessible across all regions.

eChannelling launched three key innovations during Q1 including ePremium, a customer loyalty program, eHospital, a virtual hospital platform, and eSubscription, offering unlimited AI-powered teleconsultations.
These services create a comprehensive digital healthcare ecosystem that delivers virtual consultations, and medicine delivery directly to homes in Sri Lanka.
