 Rising Against the Tides Trailblazers 22

Businesscafe - AIESEC in University of Peradeniya has organized the biggest corporate forum in Kandy, "Trailblazers ' 22" to "rise against the tides", which took place in the Divisional Secretariat Auditorium Kandy on the 25th of September 2022.

It marked this day as an event of sophistication and education for the Sri Lankan youth to maneuver productivity through exposure to the local and international corporate sector.

The event was a tremendous success as the young population of Sri Lanka got the golden opportunity to be apprised of bracing in the face of the unpredictable future by the guest speakers, including Mr. Dilantha Malagamuwa, the World Title Motorsport Champion and Mr. Fouzul Hameed, the Managing Director of Hameedia Group.


Indeed it specified the event as a golden opportunity for the youth willing to create a better future for themselves and the country.

Most importantly, this forum enabled intellectual discussions on problem-solving and critical thinking during a socio-economic fuss circulating in the country.


The inspiring voices of Mr. Asanga Weerackody, the Managing Director of Eagle Logistics Colombo Pvt Ltd., Mr. Sachinda Dulanjana, the former speaker of the Sri Lanka Youth Parliament, Leadership Trainer, and Motivational Speaker, and Mr. Dhananath Fernando, the Chief Operating Officer/Economic Policy Expert of Advocate Institute, helped the massive audience to engage with and analyze the hurdles in a chaotic socio-economic background and the interaction segment was open by allowing to convey the predicaments of the youth to provide sustainable solutions, suggested by the panelists.

Thus, Trailblazers taught how not to drown in tides but to surf in tides amidst a tempest.


Undoubtedly, Trailblazers was able to grasp the public eye at the heart of the country.
