The RJ Foundation, the CSR arm of Varun Beverages, launched the AARU Health Clinic initiative in 2022 near its factory establishments across India to provide access to free and quality health care support, to underserved communities especially economically weaker and disadvantaged sections of society.
The expansion and established of AARU Health Clinic in Sri Lanka are also part that initiative which reflects Varun Beverages Lanka Pvt Ltd’s commitment to the well-being of the communities where it operates.
“AARU” will provide essential free medical consultations with qualified doctors, access to free medication, and free laboratory testing facilities making the quality health care affordable and accessible for all.
The Clinic was inaugurated in the presence of dignitaries and VBL officials. Mr. Sandeep Kumar, Country Head - Sri Lanka at Varun Beverages Lanka Pvt Ltd, commented,
