The addition of the new bar, serving signature cocktails and a curated drinks menu, elevates the atmosphere, creating the perfect setting for gatherings of all kinds, whether it’s a family Christmas celebration or an intimate New Year’s Eve dinner.
Guests will be treated to lunch and dinner menus featuring over 300 delicacies across Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Middle Eastern, Indian, Sri Lankan, and Western cuisines.
Among the highlights are Beijing Peking duck pancakes, chicken shawarma, a make-your-own pasta station, roast carvery items, a dim sum corner, a cheese corner, a pizza station, cold salad corner, cold meats corner, cold seafood corner, desserts, a chocolate kottu station, and a sweet corner for kids.
Each dish is meticulously prepared by Blue Orbit’s talented chefs, with every dining experience elevated by stunning panoramic views of Colombo’s skyline.
Seasonal highlights include Christmas Eve Dinner on the 24th of December, Christmas Lunch on the 25th, and a special New Year’s Eve Dinner on the 31st.
