HNB FINANCE hosts ceremony for Managers graduating BCS Diploma in Management Development

Businesscafe - Leading integrated financial services provider HNB FINANCE PLC recently hosted a certificate awards ceremony for its managers who graduated the Diploma in Management Development, which was inaugurated together with Business Consultancy Services (BCS).

The certificate awards ceremony, which was held at the HNB FINANCE Head Office Auditorium in Nawala, was graced by HNB FINANCE Managing Director/CEO Chaminda Prabhath along with other senior members from the company, as well as Prof. Gamini Alwis, Dr. Navaratna and Prof. Dharmadasa from the University of Colombo, who played a key role in ensuring the successful operation and completion of the 1-year programme.

This year, the course saw the participation and successful graduation of 72 individuals, all of whom are regional managers, managers and assistant managers at HNB FINANCE PLC.

With the recommendation of Managing Director/CEO Chaminda Prabhath, the company spearheaded this programme to further expand knowledge among all staff members holding managerial positions.
