Chief Creative Officer of TBWA\Sri Lanka, a grand jury member of the AME Awards

The AME Awards which recognizes the world’s best in marketing and effectiveness, since being founded in 1994 have continued to honour international campaigns that have brought about groundbreaking solutions for marketing problems.

In the past, campaigns, which have addressed challenges in the marketplace by utilizing outstanding creative elements to successfully achieve marketing objectives, have clinched the awards.

To select the best of the best, the best have to judge; top interactive and multidisciplinary marketers, media planners, strategy directors, social media experts, and creative directors from all over the world have been chosen to judge the entries as part of the Grand Jury.


The entries will be first judged on a regional level and then the chosen few will be judged by the grand jury to determine the AME award winners.

It is to this arena that Sri Lanka’s most awarded adman with his intimate knowledge of the local landscape, Subhash Pinnapola, Chief Creative Officer of TBWA\Sri Lanka enters, with his wealth of knowledge and portfolio of wins at the AMES, ADFEST, Appies, Cannes, Cristal, Epica, Midas and Spikes Asia, to name a few.


Speaking on this, Subhash Pinnapola said “it is an honour to be invited as one of the judges for the Grand Jury and this will be an opportunity for me to propel both effective and outstanding creative ideas from an international stage to the platform of metals.”

Adding to this the Managing Director of TBWA\Sri Lanka, Renuka Marshall stated “this opportunity offered to Subhash is in essence an opportunity for the agency as the knowledge that will be imparted from such a personal exposure on an international platform will better our output and ultimately help us bring effective results to our clients in a creative manner, while enabling us to become strong competitors on a world forum.”
