Demonstrating exceptional skill, the winners clinched one Gold, one Silver, three Bronze, and a Merit at the event.
Seylan Bank’s Hemal Kuruwitarachchi won a Gold Award at the SLIM NSA Awards for the Sales Executive category while Chamila Vithana won Silver in the Territory Managers category.
Sales Supervisor Mahesh Ekanayaka and Sales Executive Swapna Madusha both earned Bronze Awards in the Sales Supervisors category while Amith Ishara Perera also received a Bronze Award in the Front Liner category.
Additionally, Dushyantha Abeykoon also earned a Merit Award in the Territory Managers category.
The awards evaluated contestants on their ability to sustain business continuity amid volatile market dynamics, leveraging innovative strategies to unlock potential and develop personally within the field.
