Great Place To Work® is set to host the Great Urban Challenge 2026 for the third consecutive year, reaffirming its commitment to fostering strong workplace cultures and meaningful connections among employees, families, and communities.
Designed as an immersive, city-wide experience, the event brings together fun, physical activities, and strategic thinking to highlight the essential role of collaboration, communication, and resilience in today’s workplaces.
Taking place on 14th February 2026, from 7.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m., the Great Urban Challenge will come alive across multiple locations in Colombo, turning the city into an action-packed arena of teamwork and problem-solving.
