Among the distinguished winners were nominees from Sri Lanka, selected through the National ICT Awards (NBQSA) 2023 organized by BCS Sri Lanka Section and the Young Computer Scientist (YCS) competition conducted by FITIS.
Mr. Alanzo Doll, Chairman of BCS Sri Lanka Section, expressed his heartfelt congratulations to the winners, stating,

APICTA Awards competition has only 2 levels of recognitions for the winners namely, "Winner" and "Merit" awards where "Merit" recognition is awarded to a nominee that receives marks more than 95% of that category "Winner".

The APICTA 2023 competition featured participation from over 17 countries, with 24 competition categories judged by a panel of 70+ experts representing member economies.
These awards recognize and celebrate outstanding achievements in the field of information and communication technology across the Asia Pacific region.
