The helpline will operate from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (5 days a week) and will be staffed by a team of professionally trained customer care associates.

The customer care associates are trained to return any calls received during non-operational hours, the very next day.
A short turnaround time will be maintained to answer queries unless the matter requires greater scrutiny by the company.
