The two-day, all-expenses-paid extravaganza of fun and frolic takes place for the fifth year at Club Bentota, the idyllic resort on the ‘Paradise Island’ peninsula flanked by the Indian Ocean and the Bentota River.
The period for accumulating winning chances for ‘Arpico Privilege Family Beach Holiday 5’ ends on 17th September. The promotion is open to anyone who holds an Arpico Privilege Card and makes a purchase of Rs 3000 or more with a minimum of three out of nine nominated brands. Every additional brand purchased above the minimum requirement wins the purchaser an additional winning chance, and Gold Privilege cardholders who qualify on this basis automatically receive an additional winning chance. The nine nominated brands are Kelloggs, Todlo, Dove, Vaseline, Domex, Close up, Dettol, St. Clairs and Center fresh.

Launched in 2007, the Arpico loyalty programme rewards loyal shoppers with gifts, surprises and special deals including free shopping. Any shopper at an Arpico Supercentre can purchase an instantly personalised Privilege card and enrol in the membership program. Arpico Privilege Silver and Gold cards are each valid for two years.
Privilege card members are entitled to points on their purchases, with every purchase of Rs. 100/- earning one free Privilege point. Points earned are equivalent to their rupee value and may be redeemed for free shopping at Arpico Supercentres and Arpico Daily supermarket outlets.
Silver card members can upgrade to Gold cards by earning 5000 Privilege points within a period of 12 months by shopping for Rs 40,000 per month. Gold card members enjoy additional benefits such as bonus Privilege points and additional winning chances on campaigns throughout the year.
The Arpico Privilege Loyalty programme has also launched the first ever retail credit card in Sri Lanka’s supermarket segment, the Arpico Privilege VISA Credit Card, in partnership with Standard Chartered Bank. This credit card, which is valid at any Visa merchant locally and internationally, earns its users three Privilege Points for every Rs 100 spent at Arpico Supercentres in addition to a host of other exclusive benefits.
