Union Assurance Becomes Only Insurer to Excel at Pinnacals Sri Lanka 2022

Businesscafe - Union Assurance, Sri Lanka's Life Insurance trailblazer, was named ‘Best Brand of the Year’ at the Pinnacals Sri Lanka 2022, becoming the event’s only recognised insurer.

The award recognised the Company’s customer-centric approach and service excellence in the industry.

The awarding body, MUGP Award Organisation, has selected Union Assurance as the winner after conducting a detailed research on the Company's customer service.

The Chief Executive Officer of Union Assurance, Jude Gomes, commended the accolade, stating,
