The event, attended by over a thousand award recipients, staff, and senior leadership, was held in a glamorous setting at the Nelum Pokuna Mahinda Rajapaksha Theatre, befitting the Company's achievements.
Jude Gomes, the Chief Executive Officer of Union Assurance, and Senath Jayatilake, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Union Assurance, addressed the gathering, commending them for their outstanding performance in the previous year.
They also unveiled the strategic theme for 2023 – ‘Higher, Faster, Stronger.’

Among the highlights of the event were recognising 236 Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifiers, 19 Court of the Table (COT) qualifiers, and 2 Top of the Table (TOT) qualifiers for 2022.
These awards are among the most prestigious in the Life Insurance industry, and seek to recognise the top performers as a testament to their hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence.
