Having commenced his journey at Allianz in 2007, he has played pivotal roles in various operating entities and countries across Asia and Europe.
Leading transformation for Allianz’s commercial business in Asia Pacific and retail business in Thailand, as well as guiding the entry of the Allianz brand into the Vietnamese market, have been critical to the overall strategy of Allianz in Asia.
In his recent role as Regional Lead of Business Transformation, Prashant spearheaded Digital, Distribution and Organization Transformation across the insurance value chain.
