In total, 9 team members from Allianz Lanka received awards this year, marking the 6th consecutive year that Allianz Lanka has been recognized as a “Company with Great Managers”, with 37 staff members having been recognized over the years.
Notably, a remarkable 30% of Allianz Lanka’s staff that have been recognized as Great Managers are female, underscoring the company’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

At the Great Manager Awards 2023, Allianz Life Insurance Lanka Limited and Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited celebrated multiple winners.
Accordingly, Great Manager awards were handed out to Naveen Jayasekara, Vidumini Kaushalya Perera and Chamila Amunugama for Team Effectiveness & Collaboration, Lishan Gunathunga, Madhurika Aththidiya and Kokila Dhanushki for Aligning Organizational Vision, Rishan Jumat for Driving Result & Execution Excellence, and Kavindu Gayan Karunanayake and Malik Peiris as Great Millennial Managers.
