Kalyana Sri Lanka Hosts Reset for the 5th Consecutive Year

Kalyana Sri Lanka proudly announces the 5th consecutive edition of its flagship holistic wellbeing fair, RESET 2026, themed “Resetting Relationships.”

The event explores how our relationships with ourselves and others shape our mental health, resilience, happiness, and overall wellbeing, inviting participants to pause, reflect, and consciously rebuild healthier ways of relating in all areas of life.

RESET 2026 will take place on Saturday, 24 January 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at the Light of Asia Centre, Battaramulla.

The fair will be open throughout the day, featuring a thoughtfully curated lineup of interactive workshops, experiential sessions, talks, and wellbeing practices led by mental health professionals, wellness practitioners, educators, and thought leaders, allowing participants to join sessions at their own pace.

Participants can expect practical tools, reflective experiences, and meaningful conversations focused on strengthening emotional intelligence, communication, boundaries, and authentic connection.

Sessions will explore relationships across different areas of life, including self-relationship, family, partnerships, and the workplace.

Beyond personal wellbeing, RESET 2026 carries a strong social impact mission.

100% of the event’s profits will be directed towards providing psychosocial support for individuals and families affected by the recent floods in Sri Lanka, reinforcing
Kalyana Sri Lanka’s commitment to community care and equitable access to mental health support.

Tickets for RESET 2026 are now available via PickMe Events and EventsHere, with limited seats available.
