This recognition was made official at the CPM International Management Conference, held at Cinnamon Grand, Colombo recently.
Amana Takaful Insurance was presented with a special award in recognition of this achievement at the event, which was held to identify and highlight companies with the best management practices in the post-covid environment.

The International Management Conference, and the associated awards programme, are conducted by the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka.
The conference attempts to capture the essence of good management, examine best practitioners and investigate case examples of best practices so as to enable participants to share knowledge and experience the latest in management best practices.
Participants at the conference included members of the Institute along with representatives from the corporate and public sector, universities, management institutes and business schools, from Sri Lanka and abroad.
