Hemas Holdings Appoints Sabrina Esufally to the Board of Directors

Hemas Holdings PLC announced the appointment of Sabrina Esufally as an Executive Director to its Board, effective 1 July 2026.

Sabrina Esufally is the Managing Director of Hemas Consumer Brands and a member of the Hemas Group Board of Management.

Since joining the Group in 2019, she has held leadership roles across pharmaceutical manufacturing, business development, innovation, and consumer brands.

Since assuming leadership of Hemas Consumer Brands, Sabrina has led one of the Group's strategically significant businesses, expanding into new consumer segments through innovation while strengthening its portfolio of trusted brands.

As Hemas continues to expand its presence to frontier markets, Sabrina brings commercial leadership experience and a strong consumer perspective to the Board, complementing its collective expertise and supporting the Group's long-term strategic ambitions.

Prior to joining Hemas, Sabrina served as Head of Legal Research at Verité Research, specialising in governance and public policy.

She is an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka, holds a First Class Honours degree from the University of Durham, an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, and is an alumna of Harvard Business School.
