Can you explain the inspiration behind what will be one of Rajagiriya’s largest residential real estate developments?

Sri Lanka is emerging from its recent economic challengers with renewed focus on stabilization, reforms and investment readiness.
IMF backed reforms are driving fiscal discipline and improving investor confidence.
Even more important, Sri Lanka’s trade partners have confidence in the country’s economic future.
The tourism sector is growing rapidly and FDI inflows are growing.
There are a lot of opportunities and positive sentiments on Sri Lanka.
We see Sri Lanka as a nation which has proven its resilience and has a bright future.
Sri Lanka is not recovering its reinventing, Colombo is no longer a city of yesterday but part of a nation in transformation.
Rajagiriya, with its skyline and growing sophistication, is at the heart of this next chapter and we are proud to be part of it and contributing to the nations development as our Chairman always believes that Sri Lankans deserve better.
