Senaka Wijesinghe launches How to Use NLP for Sales Success Book

Distinguished sales professional, trainer, and lecturer Dr. Senaka Wijesinghe officially launched his latest book How to Use NLP for Sales Success at a special ceremony held at the Kingsbury Hotel, Colombo.

The book provides an in-depth exploration of how Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) can be effectively applied to inspire sales professionals and help them achieve their targets successfully.


Drawing on nearly three decades of experience in the sales and marketing field, Dr. Wijesinghe has authored the book with a sharp analytical perspective and practical insights.


The launch event was graced by Sarath Chandrasiri, General Manager of AIA Insurance, along with eminent figures in personal development and motivational training including Dr. Nalin Jayasuriya, Suranjith Godagama, and Shehan Pilapitiya, together with a distinguished gathering of invitees.


A Chartered Marketer by profession, Dr. Wijesinghe holds both a Diploma and Postgraduate qualification in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), as well as a Doctorate in Business Management.


With 27 years of service across leading insurance companies and extensive leadership roles in distribution and sales, he also lectures at the Entrepreneurship Development & Business Management Institute in New Delhi, India, while continuing his work as a renowned personal development and motivational speaker.


In 2023, Dr. Wijesinghe founded Agrovista, which has rapidly grown into one of the leading conglomerates in Sri Lanka’s agriculture sector.
