To date, 788 active employees have completed more than 10 years of service at Ocean Lanka, which is nearly 41% of the total cadre.
A further 190 have completed more than 20 years of service which amounts to 10% of the total cadre.
The company sincerely appreciates their commitment and endurance especially amidst the current economic uncertainty.”
