Colombo Land appoints Mr. Vasula Premawardhana as Executive Director

Colombo Land and Development Company PLC (CLDC) recently announced the appointment of Mr. Vasula Premawardhana as Executive Director to serve on the board of the company.

He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of CLDC.

Colombo Land and Development Company PLC, renowned for its Liberty Plaza mixed development complex in the heart of Colombo, is a leading real estate development company in Sri Lanka.

Mr. Vasula Premawardhana is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of comprehensive professional and commercial experience both domestically and internationally.

He is a former Director of the Securities and Exchange Commission and currently serves as a director on the Boards of several listed and unlisted companies.

He also holds an MA in Financial Economics from the University of Colombo, a BSc. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California - Los Angeles, USA and is a past pupil of Royal College in Colombo.
