Sadaharitha Plantations present novel investment scheme for urban populace

Through this scheme, not only is the total investment recouped but in addition, a minimum Rs 25,000 per plant is guaranteed as a buy-back scheme. However, since the demand of Agarwood is on an escalating trajectory, the investor can even earn upto a maximum of Rs, 50,000 for a plant with certainty, enhancing their profitability according to company sources.

Therefore a total of 25 plants can easily guarantee total returns of Rs 1,250,000. Noteworthy is the total investment for such rewarding earnings are an initial Rs 244,800 only. Moreover, for prospective investors who are unable to make the total once-off payment, Sadaharitha Plantations has made arrangements to accept a monthly installment scheme spanning 12 months.

For investors whose expectation of returns is prior to maturity,a second investment plan is now being offered by Sadaharith. Accordingly they can purchase a plant for Rs 12,500, buying 20 plants and invest Rs 250,000 for an eight-year investment proposition. At maturity investors can receive Rs 25,000 per plant and assured of a minimum total of Rs. 500,000. This plan pledges that in addition to their initial investment of Rs 250,000, with a monthly return of 7% and a yearly repayment of 8%is guaranteed. Clarifying the scheme further, the Company explains; for an investment of Rs 250,000 over a 8-year investment plan, a prospective investor can be assured of monthly or yearly returns and select their option accordingly.

For investors keen to utilize these Agarwood Investment plans, Sadaharitha Plantations, will employ due vigilance towards their plots. They will also engage in internationally accepted standards to protect the growth of the plants. At any given time, until investment maturity, investors are able to inspect their plots.
