The opening was held on the 18th of February 2021 at the new premises located at No. 234A, Colombo Road, Negombo.
The proceedings started off with the ribbon cutting ceremony by Chairman and Managing Director of Homelands and Homelands Skyline – Mr. Nalin Herath and Directress – Mrs. Harshani Herath.
This was then followed by a Pirith chanting ceremony, and subsequently, the lighting of the oil lamp by Mr. Nalin Herath, Mrs.Harshani Herath, and General Manager – Mrs. Lanka Jayasinghe, General Manager – Branch Operations – Mr. Sudath Bandara and CEO – Mr. Yasas L. Pathiranage and other members of senior management.
The relaunch of this new Homelands and Homelands Skyline office in Negombo was decided on to be able to successfully meet the growing demand of land and apartment developments in and around the Negombo area.
