The Yamaha Factory Racing VR|46 Watch Collection by TW Steel is just one of several new lines that will be unveiled by the company at the exhibition.
Fronted by Italian professional motorcycle racer and multiple MotoGP world champion Valentino Rossi, the collection comprises eight watches with 45mm carbon cases: four chronograph models and four 3-hand models with black, blue, white or yellow silicon straps.
The official launch will take place on the Scorpio stand on 12 May at 5pm, with Scorpio Worldwide Sales & Marketing Director Richard Kennedy explaining the strategy behind the new introduction.
Scorpio will also highlight its latest Aviator collection which focuses on the latest dial-colour and finish trend.
For men there are 12 new models, including three with various dial colours and finishes.
For women Aviator will introduce five new models, combining blue and purple dials with interchangeable straps in a range of colours, finishes and materials.
Designer Karen Millen offers a range of contemporary classic watches featuring contrasting elements with leather straps.
Three models, featuring updates to existing designs, will be introduced.
Two are strap versions of the popular small round model: one in polished stainless steel with white dial and strap, the other finished with rose gold plating, chocolate colour dial and strap.
The third watch is a version of a ladies cocktail watch with silver dial and pearlised azure blue strap. All have Swarovski elements.
For children, Scorpio will present the Time Design Time Teaching Watches to help them learn to tell time.
The Ani-snap Mix and Snap, also aimed at children, features a snap-on wristband and three interchangeable watch heads: dog, owl and penguin.
Pierre Cardin adds two new watch and jewellery set lines in a range of colours and designs, including pendant and earring sets, six new bangles and bracelets and an interchangeable pendant set concept.
The range from Danish designer Dyrberg Kern features three new bangles finished in gold plating with black and white enamel detailing.
“One of Scorpio’s key company values is ‘pioneering’ and at this year’s Singapore show this is more evident than ever - not just in the new watch and jewellery collections we will be displaying, but across the board,” Kennedy said.
“Watches and jewellery are, however, core to our portfolio and I am really thrilled with the new and refreshed collections now available.
Adding The Yamaha Factory Racing VR|46 Watch Collection by TW Steel is a real coup for us and I look forward to telling everyone more about it on Tuesday at our launch event.”
