FY19 has been highly productive for ADL as it accounted for a bolstering growth revenue of 4x and an annual 3x employee growth.


The current staff has tolled up to 650 plus and the company has already expanded its teams in Malaysia and Indonesia.


One of the major highlights for ADL in 2019 was establishing the Celcom account in Malaysia and R&D partnership with Huawei.


Since the initial launch as a digital start-up, ADL has leaped great strides deploying latest technology and the increasing demand on their services is also a testimony to the fact that they have been providing client centered solutions in diverse fields from both telco and non-telco sectors.”


ADL has been instrumental in revamping the eZ Cash customer app with the use of cutting-edge technology, giving it a new user experience for the users.


Retailer Hub mobile application developed by ADL brings a new dimension to client onboarding by activating products through a fully digitized process thereby making it 100% paperless.


Now the customers are availed with all product activations from mobile and television to home broadband through Retailer Hub.

ADL launched FinPal, a personal loan system which enables cross-channel / omni-channel banking capabilities including Mobile Web, Mobile Application, USSD and IVR Channels for delivering a great customer experience.


Mithra is another mobile application developed by ADL for Dialog Axiata PLC, a comprehensive package of options for Sri Lankans working abroad, to stay connected to their loved ones.


The app enables calls, money remittances, product purchasing and also keeps them updated on the latest news.


Dialog’s BizCare Mobile Application was developed by ADL for its corporate customer base to ensure ease of enterprise service activation.


BizCare app enables activation of new connections, e-bill services and other multi-sensory services.


ADL has been generating innovative fintech platforms such as Genie, eZ cash and Boost. Genie is a mobile payment app, a comprehensive wallet facilitating the purchase of any product / service within the Genie network.


eZ cash is a cash account within the mobile where the customers are availed with a wide array of financial transactions directly from their mobiles.
