The award is based on extensive ratings provided by a company’s employees in an anonymous survey conducted by Great Place to Work® in Sri Lanka during the study 2021 – 2022.
The Great Place to Work® institute assesses all awardees using the Great Place to Work® Framework, a proprietary model.
