The amusemenent park has curated a range of experiences in several distinct activity zones spread across the park; SpeedBay, which includes an FIA/CIK certified leisure and professional karting track, The Paddock Restaurant, located at the SpeedBay go-karting circuit, is designed to provide a refreshing experience after a karting session before heading back to the track again.
The two-storey building, with a seating capacity of 220, offers a track view while dining, and its multi-purpose function hall is popular for birthday parties, corporate events/ meetings, get-togethers, and more.

SplashBay, the water-based zone comprises of 4 towers, 2 pools, and 16 slides of different thrill levels.
The waterpark includes an 88-meter gravity drop slide with an exciting 6 second drop, a 120-meter loophole slide, a 40-meter matt racer slide and a separate kiddies area consisting of a four-slide water play structure.
Male and female changing and locker rooms are available as well as a relaxation and play area with charging ports for a complete recharge during the day.
Other general facilities include Lost & Found/ Guest Services, parking, BYOB option for private events, retail outlet, and wheelchair accessibility to spectator areas.
The Titan Restaurant located at YumBay with a seating capacity of 300 serves a wide-ranging menu comprising short eats as well as fast food such as burgers, and a fusion of mains and desserts including set Menu, fish and chips, pastas, cakes, sweets and beverages.
The kitchen maintains high hygienic standards and best practices, with all produce being Halal certified.

Pearl Bay offers general tickets for full day access to individual zones or combo tickets for multiple zones, while also offering annual passes with unlimited 12-month access to the park with exclusive discounts and access to special events.
The entire park, or individual zones can also be exclusively reserved for corporate events, with the ability to comfortably host around 3500 visitors.
