AmSafe Bridport was one of the ten companies that made it to the inaugural list, compiled and awarded by the Sri Lankan chapter of the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work Institute, following rigorous analysis and evaluation based on its Trust Index survey and Culture Audit questionnaire.
The results showed its employees rated ‘Fairness’ as the strongest attribute when working for AmSafe Bridport and felt most positive about receiving a fair share of the profits made.
Further, the strongest performing Workplace Health Indicator hinted employee satisfaction and loyalty at its highest levels, citing ‘I want to work here for a long time’.
The 500-strong workforce consists of highly trained technicians and professionals, working tirelessly to take the company to greater heights.
In December last year, AmSafe Bridport (Pvt) Ltd was officially bestowed with the ‘Great Place To Work’ certification for 2021-2022.
