At the Araliya Medical Camp, NDB Bank collaborated with prominent healthcare partners to offer medical screenings and counseling.
Ninewells Hospital participated by offering a complete medical screening, which included laboratory tests for Full Blood Count (FBC), Lipid Profile, Fasting Blood Sugar, Serum Iron tests, SGPT, Urine Tests, HbA1C, and Doctor consultations.
These comprehensive screenings allowed attendees to gain valuable insights into their health and well-being, reinforcing the importance of preventive care.
Additionally, Vision Care conducted eye examinations, providing essential eye-screening services to ensure the early detection of vision issues.
Fonterra, through its Anlene product line, offered adult nutrition counseling to promote bone health and overall well-being.
Link Natural Products introduced its Sudantha toothpaste, providing oral care awareness sessions and free dental check-ups.
Hemas joined the event with its Kumarika range, offering haircare awareness, product sampling, and a mobile hair salon service.
Addressing the attendees, Ishani Palliyaguru, Vice President - Wholesale Banking at NDB, emphasized the Bank’s goal of creating holistic value for its female customers, stating,

The Araliya Medical Camp was part of NDB’s broader efforts to celebrate International Women’s Day by empowering women and promoting healthy, fulfilling lives.
NDB extended the opportunity for long-standing Araliya account holders—those who have maintained their accounts for five years or more—to undergo laboratory tests with partial cost coverage by the Bank.
