Businesscafe - CIPM Sri Lanka – the Nation’s leader in human resource management announced the launch of its Certificate Course in Employee Rewards Management recently.

This unique initiative, the first of this nature, aims to fill the void in modern strategic human resource management by addressing the requirement for understanding the strategic value of a well-coordinated and managed employee rewards programme in achieving long term goals and objectives in a competitive environment.

“A well-planned rewards and benefits management strategy plays a critical role in an organization’s journey in achieving its vision by developing a competitive advantage around its most important asset – people, while helping to minimize the flight risk of capable, well trained employees.

A well-researched and documented employee rewards programme will certainly add value to any organization including our Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) which play a crucial role in the economy” said Jayantha Amarasinghe - President, CIPM Sri Lanka.

“A well-structured programme which addresses the requirement for employee rewards management has been a long-felt need in the professional HRM sphere.

The subject matter for the course has been designed by a committee of HR and business professionals under the guidance of the CIPM People Management Solutions Division” said Ken Vijayakumar – Vice President of CIPM and Chairman of the Committee for People Management Solutions.

The CIPM Employee Rewards Management course is targeted at human resource professionals, people managers and CXO level employees of companies who need to attract suitable talent and most importantly to retain and motivate them to contribute in an optimal manner in the pursuit of organizational goals.

Registrations are now open for the 14-week inaugural course conducted by experienced HR professional Thilini Patabendige which is scheduled to begin on 6th June 2021.
