The service centre would be the first of its kind to have been introduced by Huawei where the focus would elevate towards providing Huawei customers with an all-inclusive after-sales service.
The new centre will be located at 9/1/2, Station Road, Colombo 04.
The centre’s ceremonial opening was graced by Huawei Device Country Head Henry Liu and General Manager Kalpa Perera, and Singer Sri Lanka PLC Management.
The Huawei Service Centre will provide services such as smartphone and tablet repairs, maintenance and warranty services Customers will receive the best of services and advice from competent and qualified staff members who havedirectly undergone extensive training under the guidance of the Huawei Head Office.
Huawei aims to scale its maintenance infrastructure help customers address various needs as the brand expands further in the market.
Commenting on the service offering expansion, Huawei Device Country Head, Henry Liu said, “Huawei identifies Sri Lanka as a significant market in the region which is continuously on the rise and now, customers of Huawei will be able to easily reach out to a more dedicated service centre that would not only help customers feel at ease and be confident about where they service their smartphone but can also get their inquires seen to through experienced and trained staff.”
As Huawei has embarked on an aggressive expansion plan in Sri Lanka, the setup of the service centre will ensure the provision of cutting-edge facilities for customers.
